| APRIL: The first Stagecoach Country Music Festival was held in 2007 and featured artists including Kenny Chesney, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson and many other top country music acts. Billed as "California`s Country Music Festival", the April event, which is held at the Empire Polo Club continues to host the biggest names in country music; Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Rascall Flatts, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Darius Rucker and Toby Keith have all played this amazing multi-stage music extravaganza. |

| JANUARY: Formerly the Bob Hope Classic, the CareerBuilder Challenge is a golf tournament that occurs at PGA West and features some of golf`s biggest names. The tournament underwent a transformation in 2012 when Humana and the Clinton Foundation joined forces with Desert Classic Charities and the PGA TOUR to solidify the tournament’s future and redefine it as not only a tournament, but a strategic platform to establish and communicate new initiatives in health and well-being, including a major conference hosted by former President Bill Clinton. |

| JANUARY: The Palm Springs International Film Festival has become one of the main film festivals in US. Although most probably fly in private jets, Palm Springs` proximity to LA makes it easy for the stars to drive to attend the event which maximizes the star power of this film festival. This amazing film festival features hundreds of films from over 60 countries and a large attendance of celebrities. | NOVEMBER & FEBRUARY: Twice a year, a must see car auction for classic car enthusiasts takes place in downtown Palm Springs. The auctions are open to both the general public and dealers. Each event features over 500 Classic & Exotic cars. The venue is The Palm Springs Convention Center in downtown Palm Springs, just steps away from many resorts, shopping and fine dining. | JANUARY: Arcade Expo began in 2015 and had over 3,500 people in attendance. Not only did the attendees break the Guinness World Record for the “most people playing pinball simultaneously”, but it introduced hundreds to the love of pinball and retro arcade. The three day event is located at The Museum of Pinball, in Banning, which is only 20 minutes from Palm Springs. | August: Comic Con Palm Springs has brought together some of the most passionate and talented people from the world of comic books and entertainment to produce an exciting comic con event in one of the most famous and fun cities in the world. | FEBRUARY & OCTOBER: Modernism Week`s signature February Event is an annual celebration of midcentury modern design, architecture, art, fashion and culture. This exciting festival takes place in February in the Palm Springs area of Southern California. Modernism Week features more than 350 events including the Modernism Show & Sale, Signature Home Tours, films, lectures, Premier Double Decker Architectural Bus Tours, nightly parties and live music, walking and bike tours, tours of Sunnylands, fashion, classic cars, modern garden tours, a vintage travel trailer exhibition, and more. In addition to the events in February, Modernism Week hosts the Fall Preview weekend in October. Partner organizations collaborate to produce a mini-Modernism Week to kick-off the active social and recreational season in Palm Springs. |
