We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our sons and their families at the house. It was perfect. Large home, beautiful yard and pool, plenty of room. House was exactly as described.

As advertised. House was spacious, clean, well furnished, tasteful. Pool and spa pool were heated, location was a 5 min drive to downtown and 10 min to the airport.

The check-in process was wonderful. We were thankful that John was there to give us all the details, show us how to work the fire pits, pool and spa, etc. He provided wonderful guest service throughout our stay!

The three of us had the best stay at the Andreas Hills Getaway! The home was spectacular! The location and neighborhood were top-notch. Communication was excellent. The online listing was accurate. The pictures were great, but didnt do it justice! This home definitely has the Wow! factor! The home was spotless, and you could see that it was well cared for. The home had everything that you could possibly need, and then some. We loved that the home was located on the 14th fairway of Indian Canyons Golf Resort. The outdoor oasis, aka the backyard, was amazing! Dry Heat Resorts' motto is "Better Properties & Personal Service". They definitely delivered on that! Thank you, Kenny and John!

We loved the four rooms/4 baths - its the reason our group of 4 couples stayed here instead of a hotel. Everything was very clean, comfortable, stylish, and luxurious. We cooked one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and spa were beautiful and we used them every day. The only issue was slight spotty WiFi but its the entire neighborhood, and didnt cause us any issues. Would absolutely stay here again (or move in permanently) .

Their quick response and unwavering support truly alleviated our anxiety, allowing us to focus on our family. We are deeply grateful for their immediate assistance. Even though we arrived late, they graciously accommodated us, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, they continually checked in and addressed our questions, ensuring that our experience was comfortable and relaxing.

Check in was thorough so we knew how to fire up the fireplaces, firepit and hot tub. John gave great recommendations.

Girls trip and location was perfect. Fantastic yard with multiple places to hang. Close to restaurants, grocery/liquor store, shopping. Would stay again!

We had a great stay in Palm Springs and the home was a big part of it! We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room to hang out as a family and yet everyone had their own space. The kitchen and dining room worked out great for us. We loved hanging out in the pool and enjoyed the fire pits and patio in the morning and evening. The home worked great for our family

We had a fantastic stay at this Andreas Hills home. One of the standout features was the incredible kitchen, which was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and more!

We stayed here over Christmas with family. It was the perfect layout with each bedroom having its own bathroom and really nice common spaces for everyone to be together. We loved that our whole group could sit together at the dining room table.

Kenny and John were both fantastic. Super communicative and responsive.

The property is fantastic in most every way. We were delighted by the view and the heated pool and spa. We appreciated all inclusive pricing vs extra fee for heating the pool and spa, etc. Not a complaint but an observation. There is some deferred maintenance that might be looked after, although I imagine its a big challenge based on the amount of use the property gets. The rug in the primary should be replaced. Very happy with this house and plan to rent again. Thank you!

We had a lot to do with the sunny days at the house-- ping pong already set up in shade, pool with mini basket ball net, spa!! Also brought our other loved ones with us, our dogs. Very dog friendly, too.

Everything was wonderful from checkin to checkout. The house is perfectly layed out, clean and the pool is a wonderful size. The orange tree out front was amazing to make fresh orange juice. Loved it! :)

The place has tons of thoughtful touches, great cooking kitchen, great games. Just nicer than expected in a lot of ways.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The location was ideal, conveniently close to both the airport and downtown Palm Springs, making it easy to explore the area. The house was very spacious, and we loved that all the beds were either queen or king-sizeperfect for everyone to have a comfortable night's sleep.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and BBQ, and the outdoor kitchen was a highlightwe used it multiple times! The pool was perfectly heated to 86 degrees (especially nice during the winter), and the jacuzzi heated up quickly, providing ultimate relaxation.The hosts thought of everything, including plenty of games for both kids and adults, which made for a fun and entertaining stay. This home is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy Palm Springs in comfort and style. Highly recommend!

Clean 1 bedroom end-unit condo in quiet Palm Springs neighborhood. Great jumping off location for all Palm Springs activities. Pool/Hot Tub looked great but we didnt have time to enjoy. It was just the 2 of us but unit has stylish living room where one person/kid could sleep on the sofa. Nice north facing patio with table & chairs to see the pink morning sky on the mountains. There is covered parking (gated) under unit. Overall an excellent option, we were lucky to find it.

Rented this house out Thanksgiving week with my family, and it was such a nice stay! We swam in the pool everyday, and used the hot tub at night. The house was spacious and well stocked. We all had plenty of space to spread out, so everything felt very comfortable. This was my first time visiting Palm Springs, and it would be hard to imagine visiting again without staying at this beautiful home!

John was super helpful during check in and during the week if we needed anything.

We loved staying at this Mid-Century Modern house! It was perfect for our family of 6 over Thanksgiving. House was very clean and anything we needed was available like pool towels, blankets for enjoying the firepit and clean towels abundant! The location was great for walking to the Koffi coffee shop and seeing the beautiful Palm Springs surrounding mountains and Palms! We'll be back for sure!

Cannot say enough about the location, decor, and size of the house. Every room having a king bed is amazing for a group! The kitchen was well stocked to cook thanksgiving dinner also! The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well. The heated and fancy toilets were a plus too! We would go back in a heartbeat. The only con we ran into was the coffee makers. Our group LOVES coffee, and lots of it. The house is designed for a large group, so a Kierig is inconvenient. With 5 heavy coffee drinkers in the house, it just doesnt work. Then the regular coffee pot would over flow and put grinds into the coffee with every brew. After a few days, we resorted to going to Starbucks every single morning so people could get ample coffee.
