Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 2,547 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 4 bath Palm Springs luxury vacation home located in the central Palm Springs gated community of Vibe.  The two-story contemporary home boasts a formal living room centered around a stunning white-brick gas fireplace, a loft den perfect for informal gatherings, gourmet kitchen with spacious island, formal dining room overlooking the pool, laundry room with sink, elegant staircase and a spacious loft patio with pool and mountain views. Conveniently located on the first floor are the master bedroom, formal living room, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen, laundry room with sink and powder room.  The second floor features a loft den, full bathroom, one of two guest bedrooms and two patios. The third bedroom is a detached guest casita overlooking the private courtyard retreat that features a pool with three fountains, sofa with coffee table, two sleek chaise lounges and a gas grill.  This 2021-built architectural property also features a two-car private garage.

The spacious master suite features an ensuite bath with tile floors, double sink vanity, under-cabinet lighting and a walk-in shower with two shower heads (One being a handheld). Guest bedroom one is located on the second floor of the main house and is adjacent to a spacious loft that's been set up as a den.  It features a Queen size bed with private balcony.  It's steps away from a guest bathroom that has a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile and waterfall shower head.  The loft den is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on a 65" TV.  For your comfort, it has a sofa, coffee table and two stylish chairs.  In addition, a desk and mid-back executive chair can accommodate any work requirements.  Lastly, a spacious furnished patio allows you to overlook the pool or gaze adoringly at the breathtaking mountain view

Guest bedroom two is a detached casita overlooking the pool.  It features a Queen size bed, large dresser and two nightstands.  The casita also has an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile and waterfall shower head

The open concept floor plan includes a living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. The living room’s high ceiling, clerestory windows and sliding glass door create a mid-century modern ambience filled with natural light.  A  stunning white-brick fireplace is the focal point of the room and boasts a 65” TV and striking gas fireplace.  Playful art, a sleek white ceiling fan, plush L-shaped sofa with chaise and two stylish mid-mod chairs provide for your comfort.  The sliding glass door opens to the pool.  

The adjacent dining room seats eight and features a designer wood table, eight chic chairs and a retro-modern light fixture. The gourmet kitchen has elegant white cabinets, white quartz countertops, white tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and a six-burner Bosch stovetop on a 36" Bosch range/oven. Other appliances include a second Bosch oven, Bosch microwave oven, Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator freezer and a toaster. For the coffee aficionado, there is a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, a Jura espresso machine, and a Bialetti Italian coffee maker.  The kitchen also features a large center island and a bar counter with beverage refrigerator.

The house is located within a gated-community in central Palm Springs called Vibe Palm Springs.  It's just minutes away from the airport and downtown.  The community offers a fabulous club house, community pool and spa, bocce ball courts and dog parks. 

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
