Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath mid-century modern, solar-powered Palm Springs vacation home that was originally built in 1956 and has been meticulously updated with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances and period furniture. While adopting new finishes and functionality, the 2,476 sq ft vacation home retains many mid-century architectural characteristics including tongue and groove wood ceilings, clerestory windows and an iconic mid-century modern floating fireplace. In addition, each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bath.
Located in the historic Deepwell Estates neighborhood, the property features resort amenities including a large pool with cascading spa, outdoor shower, alfresco dining for eight, six lounge chairs, built-in gas grill, firepit, West-facing backyard with panoramic mountain views and much more.
The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with water closet, double sink vanity and step-down tub shower with a spa-like feel. The bedroom has a King bed, two nightstands, five-drawer dresser, 40” TV, large mirrored closet, clerestory windows and tongue and groove ceiling. A glass door opens from the bedroom to the firepit area.
Guest Bedroom one has a King bed, two nightstands, five-drawer dresser, 40” TV, a large mirrored closet and clerestory windows. The en suite bath has a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile.
Guest Bedroom two has a King bed, two nightstands, two-drawer dresser, 40” TV, a large mirrored closet, clerestory windows and a large glass window and door that open to the pool area. The Jack and Jill bathroom features double sink vanity, walk-in shower and also has a door that opens to the office/den.
Like most every room in the house, the office/den features a tongue and groove wood ceiling and clerestory windows. In addition, there is a sofa, desk and office chair.
The main living area of the house is comprised of a formal entry, large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and spacious backyard with commanding views of the mountains.
The living room is modern, yet comfortable and cozy and includes tile floors, a very high pitched wood ceiling, clerestory windows and an iconic mid-century modern floating fireplace. The over-sized couch and swivel chairs can accommodate ten in front of a 65'' TV. The adjacent formal dining room seats eight in comfortable and stylish chairs and features both pool and mountain views.
The updated kitchen is beautifully laid out and well stocked for the gourmet cook. It features a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. There are both Drip and Keurig coffee makers. There is also a breakfast counter and three stools that, like the rest of the kitchen, overlook the pool and mountains to the west.

Everything about this property was superb. Photos are accurate, the home is well appointed with great amenities. It was very clean and in excellent condition. The property had recently completed some renovations and we had a few minor issues remaining from the remodel and we were able to text the property manager and get quick resolution. We stay in short term rentals frequently and this was one of the best properties we have stayed at in the past 9 years!

This is the 2nd Dry Heat home I have rented and Kenny is very professional and responsive during the booking process and helped us downsize to a smaller property after our initial booking. The addition of the concierge service was great. We did not need much assistance but I know if we had, Stephen would have been a great help.

I hosted 3 ladies on their first real PS visit and the house really set the stage for them to feel the chilled vibe of PS. We used the outdoor dining with a private chef and it is a beautiful setting for dinner. Everybody raved about the house and I can't wait to try another Dry Heat home next year! The property was beautiful. Often the pictures do not represent the house, in this case it did. This was our first pandemic trip and it was perfect. We had excursions in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. The firepit was the icing on the cake. We hope to visit again.

Absolutely lovely property! The main living areas in the home were perfect for a group of 6. Plenty of space for us at the dining table, on the sofa, and to cook/clean up the kitchen. There were 3 couples and to each have our own en-suite bathrooms really gave us our desired privacy. We loved the kitchen as we all love to cook! The appliances were some of the nicest weve had in a vacation rental. The backyard was absolutely stunning. We spent most of our days in the pool and the having the backdrop of the mountains really made it special! We look forward to coming back during the cooler months to enjoy the indoor and outdoor fire places.

We didnt want to leave! Despite the heat we loved all of our pool time and the cool AC in the house. The home had everything we needed including an office for a few meetings. What makes this property very special is the wide open interior space which is rare for Palm Springs. The cozy kitchen area (which has high quality appliances), the dining area and the comfy living room are all one, big space which is great for socializing. The backyard is lovely with perfectly maintained pool and plenty of space to lounge. The quiet neighborhood is also fun for walking if you're interested in stylish, classic Palm Springs architecture.

Beautiful mid century modern home, spacious, and open. 3 large bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. Lovely backyard, facing the mountains. If I could recommend a couple of things, maybe a couple of extra pool floats, and maybe some bicycles to be available, but other than that, this place has all the amenities one could need. Definitely a great stay!!! Id definitely stay here again.

The DeepWell estate home was a mid century gem. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Having stayed in Indian Canyon estates previously we thought we might have missed out this time. Where Indian Canyon impresses with its sheer magnificence, Deepwell estates makes up for with its eclectic blend of mixed architecture with plenty of mid century modern masterpieces. It is a a vibrant neighborhood with lots people out and about. We walked it every day, each time discovering new points of interest.
This particular house we stayed in was just perfect for our group of three couples. The interior furnishings were high quality and of the era. More than several great art pieces adorned the walls. We have plans to repeat our April visit annually. We know that Kenny will insure that our stay will again be a treasured memory.

We had the best time in this beautiful mid-century home in an amazing location right in the Deepwell Estates in Palm Springs. The house was completely equipped with everything you could need and very modern but also has an amazing original mid century design and great furnishings to complement. The layout is perfect and while we do wish we could have enjoyed listening to music by the pool, (all outdoor music is prohibited at all times) the backyard is AWESOME and makes the property with the super deep pool, quick heating hot tub, fire pit and great outdoor furniture. This home is a real gem and we would come back and stay here any time! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Neighborhood walks every morning with our kids on quiet streets looking at the other houses. Then stocked the kitchen and played in the pool all day. This house is decorated very fun and modern but its also very comfortable to watch tv and sleep in. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature and the hot tub heats up super fast. Having laundry was great too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I will definitely rent this property again. The thought process of everything needed was there. I never thought to myself, I need something. Everything was right there.
