This 4-bedroom, 3,400 sq. ft. solar-powered home is located in the prestigious South Palm Springs neighborhood of Andreas Hills. Built in 2003, Haven House at Andreas Hills is located on a large private lot featuring privacy hedges, mature palms, grass areas, cactuses, lagoon-shaped saltwater pool, bubbling spa with waterfall, four chaise lounges, gas grill, gas fire pit and a large covered furnished patio. A gated entry with furnished patios, large driveway, two-car garage, and expansive mountain views complete the exterior features of this luxury vacation home. The entire interior was thoughtfully redecorated in late 2020.
Upon entering the house, you’ll notice a spaciousness due to high ceilings, an open floor plan and abundance of glass doors and windows. Palm Springs sunshine and views stream into virtually every room. High-quality furniture from Restoration Hardware, Room & Board and Crate and Barrel are featured throughout. In addition, fine details such as travertine flooring, marble countertops, ornate wood doors and cabinets, showers with floor-to-ceiling tile, French doors and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances add to the luxury feel. The house features four-bedroom suites, each features an en suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms, including the master suite, have King size beds and walk-in closets. The fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed and opens to the pool and spa. Additionally, the home features a water purification and softening system that improves water quality which provides softer skin, shinier hair and cleaner looking clothes
The Andreas Hills neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet you are only five minutes away from downtown Palm Springs and so has easy access to everything in the entire Coachella Valley. Also known as the Bel Air of Palm Springs, Andreas Hills is synonymous with luxury living. The homes here boast spectacular views of the desert floor, rugged canyons and majestic snow-capped peaks of the surrounding mountains. Many outdoor activities are located in the Andreas Hills area. For golfers, Indian Canyons Golf Resort is right next door, and for hikers, The Indian Canyons Palm Tree oasis is around the corner. Additionally, you can walk to either the Garston Trail or South Lykken Loop from the property. The views from these trails are breathtaking.

Guest bedroom 1 has a King size bed, 40” TV and walk-in closet. It also has a private bath with a walk-in-shower with floor-to-ceiling travertine tile.
Guest bedroom 2 has a King size bed, walk-in closet and sliding glass door to a covered patio overlooking the pool. Its private bath features a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling travertine tile.
Guest bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, 42” TV and a window with pool view. Its private bath features a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling travertine tile and a door to the pool area.
In addition to the four bedrooms, the home has a cozy family room with 65" TV, sofa with chaise, bar and pool view. The family room is conveniently located next to the gourmet kitchen.
The well-appointed gourmet kitchen has a Wolf double oven, Wolf six-burner stove top and microwave oven. Other appliances include a Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, Bosch dishwasher plus both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Chefs will also enjoy the high-quality cookware, marble countertops, large pantry and three kitchen counter stools. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook that overlooks the pool and seats four.
Haven House At Andreas Hills’ formal dining room seats eight and features mountain views through French doors that open to a furnished patio with additional dining for four.

My wife and I just completed a four-night stay at this property. The home, unlike many rentals, was in pristine condition. The entire place was fresh and clean, inviting in every way. The decor is first rate, done with taste and refinement. Nothing cheap. All class. The pool was heated perfectly and it, as well as the spa, was totally enjoyable. We visit Palm Springs annually and, without any doubt, this is the best, most inviting property we have ever rented. We recommend the property unconditionally.

I rarely write reviews but this property deserves a glowing one. We were looking for a comfortable place to meet our son, his wife, and our one year old granddaughter for a long weekend. Location was important and we were not disappointed Its close to great restaurants and shops in downtown Palm Springs but is tucked up against the mountains with great views in every direction. Plus it was serenely quiet. The house itself exceeded expectations. The owners love of design and attention to detail was found in every space. It was a privilege to be in someones home rather than a rental with no personality. We love to cook and this was the most well equipped kitchen weve ever had when renting. The owners have anticipated every need. The only hiccup was the thermostats on the Wolf ovens seem to need recalibration - things took twice as long to cook as they should have. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor seating as well as lovely walks and hikes. Its the kind of property we hope to rent again one day soon.
