This Palm Springs vacation rental features resort amenities including a pool with cascading spa, alfresco dining for six, six lounge chairs, covered patio with sofa, pergola and a South-facing backyard with mountain views.

The master suite features an en suite bath with freestanding bathtub, shower with two waterfall shower heads and a spa-like feel. The bedroom has a King bed, two nightstands, six-drawer dresser, 55” TV and closet,.  A glass door opens from the bedroom to the yard and offers guests a mountain view from bed.

Guest Bedroom one has a Queen bed, two nightstands, six-drawer dresser and a 55" TV.

Guest Bedroom two has a Queen bed and two nightstands,  The two guest bedrooms share an updated bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile.  

The main living area of the house is comprised of a formal living room, family room, dining room and kitchen.  The kitchen even has a desk and chair overlooking the pool and spa.  The kitchen, dining room and formal living room have mountain views.  

The living room is modern, yet comfortable and cozy.  The couch and swivel chairs can accommodate five and are conveniently located next to a warm gas fireplace.  A stylish wet bar allows guests to entertain.

The family room has two large couches set around a 65" TV.  It is conveniently located next to the very updated kitchen.  The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large island and breakfast bar that is perfect for food preparation.  Appliances include a five-burner stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator freezer and a Keurig coffee machine.  

The private backyard features a pool, raised spa with spillover, six chaise lounges, covered patio with al fresco dining for six and even an outdoor sofa with coffee table for your outdoor lounging needs.
