Coordinating the reservation, booking and signing the necessary forms was made super easy working with Kenny. The directions were complete and concise, making it easy to understand what was necessary to make the reservation. We appreciated John's flexibility as our arrival time slipped multiple times due to the holiday traffic, but we greatly his presence upon arriving at the property. It helped remove any questions we had about the property having John go through the controls of the house and the checkout procedure. I am an Operations Director and I appreciate the well thought out directions and thorough processes.

Villa Estrella is an amazing resort like property that we hope to stay at every time we head to the desert. The location is great, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. When you get to the property, you feel the security of the property with the gated driveway. When you enter the house, you feel like you have entered your dream home. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need on your stay. The whole house was built to entertain. The competing focal points in the living space are the massive tv on the wall and the beautiful resort style pool and landscaping in the backyard. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I can't say enough about this property. Working with Kenny and John made reserving this property so easy.

The property manager (John) is super.

4 adult males down for a golf week. Plenty of room, great pool, excellent location. You cant go wrong here.

We could not have been happier with this property - Sanctuary indeed! The home sits perfectly for views of the mountains, afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets. No details are spared, from the stocked kitchen, fresh linens and several areas to cozy up with a good book - if you can tear yourself away from the sparkling pool. The home is completely private, quiet and safe for your furry kids. Centrally located to all of the best dining spots in town.

I have stayed in many houses in Palm Springs, and this is by far the best. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall communication was fantastic. Every room was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend to all friends/family. 5/5.

Family holiday weekend vacation.

Beautiful property with stunning mountain views from pool, functioning games and nicely appointed kitchen. great space for family hang out but also let the kids have their separate play area. everything worked and was in new condition. easy location to down town.

The property manager was on site to let us in and show us around, was extremely responsive when we had questions throughout the weekend and made our experience smooth.

Palm Springs paradise! Our weekend getaway was pure bliss thanks to this incredible property and property manager. This gem made our weekend unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the traditional art deco architecture, pool, outdoor space, and amazing dcor. Our two dogs loved running around the large yard and were in absolute bliss. It was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool and an oasis that was ideal for our weekend away. We cant wait to book this amazing property again!

The place was very cozy and had everything we would need. It was close to downtown and everywhere else we planned on visiting during our stay.

I've been renting Palm Springs homes for the "annual girls weekend getaway" now for 12 years and this house has far surpassed any home we've stayed in. The house is clean, beautiful and comfortable. We took full advantage of ALL the amenities. From the kitchen to the game room to the amazing backyard with the sparkling pool and of course..... the ping pong table! We prepared meals inside and out on the BBQ. We even used the private office! As one in our party had to work a few hours on Friday morning. We were comfortable and relaxed as is the whole point of a "getaway". I can't wait to come back. Kenny and John of "dryheatresorts" were also amazing. They were very nice, hospitable, and quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival. We had zero issues with the check in & out process. My review can't possibly do this amazing house justice. This is my new favorite and looking forward to next year's PS getaway.

My husband and I booked this house in mid-July for a couple of weeks. It was fantastic! The house is beautifully appointed, and the backyard with its amazing views, beautiful landscaping, and lovely pool makes for a truly outstanding oasis. The house is in a great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Would 100% be thrilled to stay here again.

Clean and spacious. This house was great, my family and I had a great time here and my kids enjoyed the pool.

The property manager was very thorough. friendly and gave us quick responses when questions came up.

Everything was better than advertised! The kitchen was fully equipped with quality items...loved the coffee bar too. The office was perfect for two of us that had to remote=work during the week...it lacked for nothing. The big yard, beautiful landscaping and well maintained pool provided a welcome escape from our busy lives (6 of us).

Fantastic property. Our three generation family truly enjoyed our long weekend. The 5 king beds made it very comfortable for all. Between the pool and pool table and golf area-we all had a wonderful time. We hope to return next year!

The condo is cute and clean and a well stocked kitchen my only disappointment was the miss out door grill

Perfect for a 5+ people with individual large rooms/bathrooms for all. Location was very convenient to PS downtown, but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. Host was helpful and accommodating.

We travelled to Palm Springs over 4th of July weekend, and this home couldn't have been more wonderful. Despite the 120F heat on a few days, the pool was perfect and our dogs had a blast frolicking on the large lawns. The kitchen was equipped with literally everything we could've hoped for--excellent cookware, dishes, poolside glasses, cocktail shakers, and even chip clips. I almost don't want anyone else to find out about this gem--we will definitely be booking it on our next visit!

The house was clean, big, organized, modern, comfortable, artistic, and all we needed for our stay. Thanks for letting us stay.

1.Beautiful home and amenities inside and out 2.Thermostat issues were solved over time 3. Property had all that was needed for a true vacation under very hot weather conditions 4. We plan to return in the future.

This is our second time staying at this house, and it definitely won't be our last. It has a great loation, super close to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen counters were just redone. This house is well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The outside pool is wonderful. The misters near the bbq area a nice touch. Beds and linens are comfortable.

The condo was perfect in every way! The kitchen had everything a modern kitchen needs. We were most comfortable there and enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs immensely. Thanks, Kenny, for your friendly welcome!

John was a great host, incredibly responsive and helpful.

The home was absolutely stunning. Exactly like the photos. Very clean, private and spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed for a 4 day weekend family vacation. The neighborhood is very tranquil and friendly. The view was fantastic, as well as the house. Highly recommended!
