We just had a great time at this great property over the New Years Holiday. 4 couples in 4 full master suites, an in home dining experience from a great chef suggested by Dry Heat Resorts. Easy walks and rides to great activities and restaurants, plus a very relaxing great room, complete with pool table to return home to. Spent one day just sitting by the pool for hours. I would highly recommend the property and the manager.

Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of easy, secure parking. Great location. We used the main heated pool and jacuzzi daily - hardly anyone around. Very serene property. Great place to recharge. The bed was too soft for my liking - but I prefer a harder mattress. My husband was perfectly content though. At this time of year the unit doesnt get much direct sunlight but the lighting within the unit more than makes up for that. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were thrilled with our choice!

Our family recently stayed at The Guggenheim house over the Christmas Holiday. It was the perfect size for our family of 7 and the house is exactly how its pictured in the profile. In fact my first impression was that it was even better in person! We kept saying to ourselves there must be something the owners missed, but we could not find a thing. The kitchen was just renovated and is beautiful. We did not want to eat out because it was so lovely to cook our own meals in the beautiful new kitchen. The owners have made sure you have every appliance, pot, pan, serving wear, good knives and even cookbooks. As a family who loves to cook we where so happy with the kitchen! The pool and hot tub are fabulous and we spent lots of time lounging in the beautiful backyard looking at the mountains. The beds are super comfortable and there are 5 TVs! There is not one single thing wrong with this home! You should not hesitate to book this property. Well be back for sure!

We booked the Sanctuary from Hong Kong, relying heavily on pictures and reviews. Nothing disappointed us with this property. The actual property was nicer than the photos and the service level was super. We enjoyed an entire Christmas holiday week and could have stayed longer. Kitchen/living rooms were spacious and the property had many venues for dining and entertainment. Media system has great audio system for all rooms. Home and layout was conducive for our grown children with partners.

We stayed at this beautiful house over Christmas week. We had a great time. Everything in the house is high-end from the kitchen appliances to the sheets on the beds. The kitchen is particularly well-appointed in terms of dishes, pots/pans and was a lot of fun to cook in. We had the pool and spa heated for us and enjoyed swimming and sunsets in the hot tub. We will return!

Clean and centrally located. It was great to be able to walk downtown. The view is spectacular. Condo was perfect for two people. Nice to have workout facility.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is as described. Rooms are big, kitchen is fairly well appointed. The pool and outdoor area is great. We would stay again.

This spacious, well-provisioned home with a pool offered a perfect spot for a family reunion. Grandparents, children, and grandchildren all enjoyed the comfortable amenities. We are all hoping to return another year.

The home is modern and spacious with a great open concept design and high end furnishings throughout. It is a wonderful location for entertaining and comes with a good selection of kitchen equipment to satisfy the needs of any chefs in your group. You can entertain inside or outside on the patio or by the pool and spa. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa and outdoor fireplace on the chilly evenings during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is next to the golf course. Nice restaurants and markets are a short drive away and Palm Springs downtown is only a 10 min drive. We would definitely rent again. Highly recommended.

Perfect in Palm Springs- this was a beautiful very well decorated and maintained home! Extremely clean -very close to everything (we were less than 2 miles from the tours and restaurants. I highly recommend this home!

This property is a very comfortable feels like home experience. Loved the retro way place was decorated and retro/modern GE kitchen appliances. Comfortable sofa and bed along with dining/porch tables/chairs.

We come to PS at least once a year from LA. This is easily the nicest house and property we have stayed in. Super well equipped kitchen, which is a rarity. Top end electronics. All the little things are done perfectly. Highly recommended.

Villa Estrella was one of those properties you love to dream about. Every possible luxury vacation home amenity. The property is stunningly landscaped., not just great. The heated pool and spa are wonderful, with cascading waterfalls, misting, gas fireplace, and perfect lighting for nighttime. Inside meets and exceeds expectations, with a ton of extra touches that show a real pride of ownership and caring about the guest experience. From fully stocked media libraries, to games and books. We happened to be there when Grapefruits and Lemons were abundant in the Citrus grove. Delicious. Add to that excellent communication with Kenny, the property manager, and the thickest and best Vacation Home guide book weve ever seen. Clearly the owners love to share their beautiful home and everything they they know about enjoying Palm Springs. Dont hesitate.

This property is beautifully equipped for a family like ours that loves to cook and enjoy each others company around the holiday. The setting is breathtaking with views of the mountains and the home is beautifully and comfortably newly renovated, with comfortable beds and bedding. The house is close to amazing hiking trails that my husband and I enjoyed early many mornings. My husband and I frequently rent homes when we travel and this had the best equipped kitchen that we have ever stayed in, we had everything we could dream of and more .

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration in Palm Springs. This is a great house for a large group of all ages.

Lovely condo in a secure building in walking distance from downtown. Sparkling clean, well equipped kitchen, lovely views and big balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - recommended

Everything was as stated. We liked the location. Easy check in and great clean place. Id for sure stay again!!

We worked with David for the initial key pick up and we had a slight problem which he rectified very quickly, great service.

We have rented this unit 3 times now and have booked for another stay in 2020, thank you.

Everything about this house is amazing. The owners paid attention to every detail from the dcor, furnishings, backyard it is so well done. The home is comfortable, warm, and functional. It is the perfect house for a small group getaway! I loved the candles they had all over the house, but there were so many nice touches throughout!
